How to Change the Language in Windows Server 2012 R2

  1. Click the Start button and then select Control Panel.
  2. Under Clock, Language, and Region, click on Add a Language.
  3. Click on Add a language.
  4. Scroll through the list to find the language you need.
  5. Select the language you want to install and click on Open.
  6. Note: Some languages have regional variants. Choose the one you need and click Add.
  7. After adding the language, click on Options to the right of the language.
  8. Click on Download and install language pack.
  9. Wait for the language pack to download and install.
  10. Once installed, click on Options again.
  11. Click on Make this the primary language.
  12. Finally, click on Sign out now to apply the new language settings.
