How can I switch the language in Windows Server 2022?

Press the Start button and select Settings.

Then, go to Time & Language.

Select Language from the left-hand menu.

At the bottom of the Preferred languages section, click Add a language.

Search for the desired language and click Next.

Check the box for Set as Windows Display Language and hit Install. Allow a few minutes for the language pack to download.

After the language pack has finished downloading, click Yes, sign out now. Your PC will now use the new language.
